HOW WE STARTED
I (founder Matt Lawson) started CHEL Guitars while I was selling motorcycles at EagleRider in Tempe, AZ. I started buying guitars, fixing them up, and reselling them on local sites such as Craigslist and eBay. I soon went on to create this website to expand my business.
WHY GUITARS?
Ever since I was young I have had a passion for guitars and music. I traveled to Arizona to study at Arizona State University when I started the motorcycle gig. Soon after I decided I loved sales, but would love it even more if it was guitars. So I bought my first guitars and started from there.
